Testing station for elements of power hydraulics

Station provide making of movable tests and pressure tests of hydrostatic drives units as: hydraulic motors, servo-motors, valves and dividers.

Station has got fluently regulated capacity and oil pressure charged from two separate sources.
Equipped with station for testing of tabular dividers according to CETOP norm (sizes from NG6 to NG16) and also testing jack for overflow valves type DBD.

Because of many testing points and option of configuration of forced pressure input function it makes possible to versatile check of testing elements. Because of ability pressure measurement and intensity of flow it is possible to make verification of state of hydraulic system elements.

Station is equipped with source of electro-valves feeding with using standard tensions steering this type of valves. Maximal pressure, which can be provided by the station during pressure tests is 420 bar.

Integral part of testing station is transportable and multifunctional measuring instrument: HYDAC HMG 3000.
It makes synchronous tests and registration of 8 measurement lines possible.
Readable display and possibility of presenting results on graph makes analysis of system performance / operation possible. Registered on memory data could be saved and archived on a standard PC computer.

Big rate and speed of measurement and also considerable sensitiveness gives possibility of pressure observations received by single piston of multi-piston pump.
